What bookkeeping cleanup is
QuickBooks cleanup services correct a set of books that has drifted: miscoded transactions, unreconciled accounts, duplicate entries, a balance sheet that no longer ties. Catch up bookkeeping covers the same work for months or years that were never recorded at all. Most files that come to us need some of each.
How you know you need this

What it costs
Scoped, then fixedBookkeeping clean up services are quoted from the diagnostic rather than sold at a flat rate, because a six-month cleanup on a simple file and a three-year cleanup on a multi-entity business are not the same job. Bookkeeping catch up services are priced separately, per month of missing work.
The Foundation Buildout is custom-quoted based on complexity and time period, with 50% due up front and 50% due on completion.
