Question 1:  Am I Locked into a Contract?

We take our Guarantee very seriously: "If you don't have more financial clarity during the first month than you've had all year, we'll refund every penny, no questions asked."

If you are ever unhappy, we can immediately stop the engagement.

Question 2:  What Makes Stronghold Different?

The difference between us and many other firms is that we treat your business as if we're Equity Partners. At the foundation, your financials are CPA-Reviewed, audit-ready, investor-grade - but more importantly, we are using the data when it's fresh to pull the financial levers to optimize your profit and cash position.

Our team includes experienced financial auditors who have audited some of the largest, name-brand companies in the US.

Question 3:  How Much Does it Cost?

Your semi-monthly rate is based on: Company Size, Industry, Headcount, # of Bank/CC's, # of Locations etc. billed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

We perform a mandatory 'Financial Health Assessment' which results in a final proposal within 24-hours. In all cases, the growth and cost savings of your business will far outweigh the investment you make.

 

Question 4:  Do you also prepare taxes?

We partner with a Tax Specialist in your industry at year-end to prepare the final Tax Return which allows 2 sets of eyes on the books - us throughout the year, and a separate review at year-end.

This allows each party to focus on what they do best and is standard practice to keep checks and balances.

Question 5:  How do you help Increase Profits?

We distill complex financials into simple & coachable targets that we track monthly.

At a high-level, this includes your 3 types of Profit Margins, the Efficiency of your Labor (i.e. for every $1 spend on direct labor how much Revenue am I producing?), your Operating Expenditures compared to Revenue, and your Cash Flow (different from Profit). You can expect an actionable report monthly and live deep dive each Quarter.

Question 6:  Will you Cleanup Messy Books?

Absolutely, a CPA reviewed QuickBooks cleanup is critical to start on a fresh foot and make sure we're getting the most accurate data.

Question 7:  Does My Industry/Location Matter?

We've worked across dozens of industries and software platforms — including medical, legal, trades, and service-based businesses.

We've realized all businesses come down to one thing: they need to generate more revenue than they spend but more importantly, they need the actionable data and expertise to optimize their profit and cash position. We are based in FL and serve clients virtually across the US.

Question 8:  Are all accountants U.S. Based?

Yes, all employees on our team are full-time, based locally in the U.S. - no financial data will be shared internationally for any reason.
